The Advanced Technical Skills Institute visit allows you to explore the variety of Applied Technology and Manufacturing careers. This facility, located at 2944 Troost, is home to Metropolitan Community College's building maintenance and construction, computer-integrated machining, HVAC, industrial technology and welding programs
Whether it is the technicians who keep our homes cool, the mechanics who keep our cars on the road, or the technicians that keep our factories and critical infrastructure running; we depend on professional technicians who have mastered the skills of their trade. At Metropolitan Community College, students in the Applied Technology & Manufacturing Pathway receive practical, hands-on training from instructors with real-world experience in state-of-the-art labs. You will develop the skills you need for high-demand, high-paying careers in our region. (Tour approx. 1 hour)
